well... i had a great 2 weeks off. got lots of rest, went shopping, watched movies, went diving, cut my hair, lost 2kg (haha).
but it's back to work now. one good thing is that work is not too busy right now. just some documentation to clean up till next week where the busy period starts again! i'm going to have a fabulous time the next 3 days! the boss is not around... hehehe... how blissful.
oh btw, for some reason, i am able to logon to gmail from my workplace (they block all the internet mail servers like yahoo and hotmail) cos someone found a backdoor link. kudos to the smart person who found out how to do it! anyway... so i get to go onto gmail and also use gmail chat! SOOOO all you people with gmail... logon and chat with me... :)
these few weeks feel like they've been full of activities, with many more activities this coming week!

Last Tuesday:
Wah... it's really quite shiok to cut your hair there... they treat you like a VIP. we get bathrobes once we step in the door, and any kind of drink you want... and each stylist has a assistant whose entire role is to help the stylist. like holding up my hair when the stylist is blowing it... what a wonderful experience. the stylist who cut my hair was cute too!!!! tee hee hee...
oh yeah if my eyes look swollen it's cos they are! i came back from my diving trip with 2 bruised eyes... i looked like someone punched me... in both eyes! so ugly... sigh. the instructor said it would take 1-2 wks for the bruise to go away! but Thank God, the bruises faded by wednesday, and by thursday, they were more or less gone. I tried everything to get rid of them! i went to see the doctor, paid $100 for moisturising cream, and eye drops *rolls eyes*, and 2 days MC. After that i went to the Chinese Medical Hall and asked the old lady there what medicine is good for getting rid of bruises, and i came away with a bottle of tien chi. My cousin told me that hard boiled eggs (really hot), rubbed over bruises would help the bruise subside. I did everything. haha. and together, they all work! :)
Janice's birthday was on Saturday... we had an official celebration on sunday, and a mini celebration on saturday at the V tea room... haven't downloaded the pics yet... will post a pic up later.
sunday was fun, with joe as the official photographer, we went for lunch at crystal jade korean bbq place, then just hung around for gelato.

bettinaaaa... i am so bored... i thot work was supposed to be hard... or interesting... not boring! There is like nothing to do after exams but look at the kids(cute though they are) play lego and surf the net. Plus, the system blocked my darling Chanel website... so no Chanel for me... i love the 07 Cruise collection, but 07 spring/summer is a lil blah... bored bored bored...

(i've already done it to jac's blog) yesterday i was talking to ber, and on a totally random thot, can i plan ur imaginary wedding? i think i'll be quite gd... i'll be a nazi wedding planner though... u want a garden wedding, rite? Singapore doesnt really have nice gardens though... but i've seen the layout for a garden dinner wedding at Ritz, it's v pretty... u can do it for chinese dinner or western too... the layout is vvv pretty... nd it's only like 1200+ a table? depending on wat u order... it's pretty...
i wld be emailing u all these but the above mentioned evil system blocks my hotmail too, and i dun have ur email in my work email soooo... hee, how bout wedding gowns? To go classic would be to go Vera Wang, but Monique Luillier(dun really know how to spell her surname) is really popular too! And i like Viktor and Rolf recently too... But they're all couture... i hate couture! they're so expensive... Couture is like a gd man, they're rare and hard to find, but even when u do find them, they're always married so u cant have it anyway =p bleah...
p.s. this will be my last comment for the hour... i wun comment anymore till... after 10am? hee... i'm gonna start a diet diary today... i dunno how effective it'll be in helpig me diet, but one can always hope =)

seriously unless i marry an extremely rich guy i don't think i can afford a couture gown... can u get vera wang in singapore? some singaporean designers are not bad too...

sigh... u know, something not so gd happened to me at work today... i prob shldnt be typing this in a shared computer in the computer lab where some equally bored person could surf thru the com's cookies and chance upon this site and read my comments and thus know I'm talking bout someone fr work... but i dun really care. This parent fr my form class complained today abt a teacher in my class so i'm there too coz i'm the form teacher. becoz i was THERE, the other teacher is presenting wat happened as if we were EQUAL offenders, even though i did not do anything other than listen to wat he had to say. While i understand her need for a fellow accomplice, i dun particularly enjoy sitting with heads to "discuss" wat "WE" (and i'm using the term 'we' loosely) did. esp when i did nothing... =p bleah... sigh, but love is patient and kind, rite? so i will patiently sit thru those meetings and kindly restrain from saying "I didn't do anything!"
